You can cancel a game for free up to 10 hours before kick-off.
If you cancel
10 hours or more before kick-off: free, your credits are returned.
Between 10 and 2 hours before kick-off: you lose the game's credits plus a Late Cancellation penalty of 10 credits.
Less than 2 hours before kick-off: you lose the game's credits plus a penalty of 20 credits. You see a separate warning for this before you confirm.
You don't cancel and don't show up: you lose the game's credits plus a No Show penalty of 20 credits. No-shows can be appealed within 12 hours.
You confirm late cancellations yourself in the app, so they can't be appealed. Credits aren't returned when you cancel late for personal reasons, such as illness.
If we cancel the game
Your credits are returned to your account automatically, and you get a notification.
Why this matters
Last-minute cancellations are hard to fill and leave teams short. Cancelling in time keeps every game full and fun.
