You receive a Late Cancellation penalty (–10 credits plus you’ll forfeit your game credits) when:
You cancel your spot less than 10 hours before kickoff
Before you confirm, you’ll see a warning popup telling you:
You’ll lose your game credits
You’ll get a Late Cancellation penalty (–10 credits)
Both will appear in your Transaction Overview
Because you confirm this yourself, Late Cancellation penalties cannot be appealed.
