No-show at games

Updated over 3 weeks ago

No-shows without any cancellation or contact before kick-off will be penalised. Life can be hectic and we understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. However, if you fail to show up this will lead into a penalty (read more about penalties here).

Remember, you can always cancel a game for free up to 10 hours before kick-off. This gives you plenty of time to adjust your plans and avoid a no-show. If you cancel after the free cancellation window, you’ll lose a credit and the yellow card for late cancelation, but it’s still important to cancel to help keep the game organised and fair for everyone.

Just put yourself in the other players' shoes—it's always better to play 5v5 rather than 4v5, right? By canceling on time or letting us know if you can’t make it, you help ensure a full, fun game for everyone involved ⚽️

P.S. If by mistake you attended the game but were marked as a no-show, please drop us a message and we’ll fix it!
