The penalty system is a way to keep games fair, reliable, and enjoyable for everyone. If you’re late, cancel too late, don’t show up, or behave badly, you can receive a penalty. When players don’t show up, you won’t get the best possible experience. And when behaviour gets out of hand, the fun disappears. Penalties are deducted in credits and are always tied to a specific game.
Why did we introduce this system?
Because one no-show or a bad attitude can ruin a game for everyone.
