When do I get a refund?

An overview of when you get credits or money back, and when you don't.

Here's a quick overview of when you get credits or money back.

You get your credits back when

  • We cancel a game, for example because there weren't enough players, bad weather or a venue issue.

  • You cancel a game on time, within the game's cancellation policy.

You get your money back when

  • You were charged twice for the same thing. We check this on our side first, because a second charge is often a temporary bank hold that disappears on its own.

  • You were charged by mistake on our side.

No refund for

  • Unused plan credits at the end of a cycle. Plan credits don't roll over.

  • Games you missed or late cancellations.

  • A renewal you forgot to cancel. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

  • Personal circumstances, such as injury, travel or a busy schedule.

  • Unused time on a yearly membership.

Can't play for a while?

Pause your membership for 2 or 4 weeks. You're not charged while paused and you get a fresh, full batch of plan credits when you come back. See Can I pause my membership? How it works.

Think you're owed a refund? Send us a message in the Support chat with the date, amount, and the reason and we'll check it.
