You use credits to book games. A standard game costs 10 credits. Some premium venues cost a bit more. There are two kinds of credits, and they work differently.
Plan credits (from your membership)
Your membership runs in 4-week cycles. Every 4 weeks, on your billing date, you get your plan's full batch of credits.
Plan credits don't roll over. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the cycle. This has been the case since January 2026.
Your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks.
Every cycle is the same length, so you get the same number of games whatever the month.
Pay-per-game credits (bought separately)
Buy them anytime in the app when you want to play more.
They never expire and stay on your account, also after your membership ends.
They're kept when you change plan or pause.
Free bonus games
Lite, Smart and Ultimate include free bonus games each cycle. Look for the Free Spot tag. See What are free bonus spots and how to claim them.
Booking ahead
You can book games as far ahead as they're shown in the app, but you need enough credits at the moment you book. Credits from your next cycle can't be used until they're added. Need more now? Buy pay-per-game credits.
Can't use all your credits this cycle?
That's fine. Your membership works like a gym membership: some cycles you play more, some less. Tip: book your games at the start of each cycle so nothing goes unused.
Playing more than your plan allows? Buy pay-per-game credits or upgrade your plan.
Playing less for a while? Downgrade, pause for 2 or 4 weeks, or switch to pay-per-game.
Where to see your credits
Open Credit Transaction History in the app. It shows your balance, how you spent your credits and when they expire.
When you cancel
Your credits stay usable until the end of your paid period. After that, plan credits are removed. See What happens to my credits when I cancel my membership?
