Unfortunately, we can't refund a renewal that has already been charged. Cancellations need to be done before your renewal date. If you miss it, that period is charged as usual.
The good news: you can still play and use your credits until the end of that period.

Charges after a free trial ends
Plans charged at sign-up (such as Intro)
Plans or bookings chosen by accident
Games you signed up for and later left
Can't play for a few weeks?
Pause instead of cancelling. You're not charged while paused, and when you resume you get a fresh, full batch of plan credits. Your plan credits do go to 0 during the pause, so use them first. See Can I pause my membership? How it works.
How to cancel
Open the FC Urban app and go to Profile.
Go to Settings > My Membership.
Tap Cancel Membership.
Your membership stays active until the end of the current period. Tip: set a reminder a few days before your renewal date.
Can I come back later?
Yes, you can reactivate your membership anytime.
