Go to Profile
Tap Settings
Select My Membership
Tap Cancel Membership
Confirm with I want to cancel
After that we ask a few short questions about why you're leaving. Your feedback really helps us improve.
Membership paused? You can't cancel while paused. Tap Resume in My Membership first, then cancel. See My plan is paused and I would like to cancel.
What happens next
Your membership stays active until your renewal date. It doesn't end straight away. You can keep booking games and using your credits until then, and you won't be charged again.
Example: your last payment was on 20 January and you cancel on 29 January. Your membership ends on 17 February (4 weeks after your last payment), and you can play until then.
What you keep and what you lose
Plan credits: usable until your membership ends, then removed.
Pay-per-game credits you bought: never expire and stay on your account, also after your membership ends.
Stats and game history: saved. If you rejoin, everything is still there.
Just need a short break?
You can pause for 2 or 4 weeks instead. You're not charged while paused, and you get a fresh, full batch of plan credits when you come back. See Can I pause my membership? How it works.
