If your membership was cancelled but you'd love to get back to playing, no worries β we've got you covered! Here's how to reactivate it:
Option 1: Through the app

Tap on Settings
Open Support to chat with us

Our working hours
We're available from 09:00 to 17:00 (GMT/BST). If you message us during those hours, we'll reactivate your membership within a couple of hours. If you reach out outside our working hours, it may take a little longer, but we'll get to it as soon as possible.
