Yes! We understand that sometimes life gets busy, and you may need to take a break from your games. Here's how pausing your membership works

*Pausing your membership is only available on Flex Smart & Ultimate plans. Yearly plans cannot be paused.
Pause your membership
You can pause your membership at any time and keep your credits for later use. This means you won't lose any unused credits when you decide to take a break.
Immediate pause
Once you pause, the change takes effect right away. You won't be charged for the next billing period, and you can resume playing whenever you're ready.
Important* Any games you have booked will be immediately cancelled when your pause takes effect. Make sure to review your upcoming bookings before pausing.
Unused credits roll over
Any unused credits will roll over to your plan once you resume your membership, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Resume after 2 weeks
You can resume your membership after a minimum of 2 weeks from the start of the pause. Simply go to your profile and navigate to the membership page to reactivate your plan.
If you'd like to resume earlier than the minimum pause time, please contact support and we will take care of it for you.
Pause limits
You can pause your membership up to 2 times per year, and each pause can last a maximum of 1 month.

FC Urban's credit management policies are designed to ensure fairness and consistency. Credits are handled based on the timing and nature of membership changes, rather than the specific number of credits remaining in an account.
Credit Management During Membership Pauses
When you pause your membership, the handling of credits is determined by the pause policy. Adjustments are calculated based on when the pause takes effect, rather than the number of credits left in your account. This ensures that the pause aligns with the overall membership policy.
Credit Rollover Policies Upon Membership Resumption
If you resume your membership after pausing it, not all previously accrued credits will be restored. Only a portion of the credits may carry over into the new month, as per the rollover policy. This ensures that credit management remains consistent and fair for all members.
Policies on Membership Extensions and Remaining Credits
FC Urban does not offer cost-neutral membership extensions to allow the use of remaining credits after a plan ends. Bespoke or one-off exceptions are not provided outside the standard membership policy. This ensures that all members are treated equally and that the terms of membership are upheld.
