If you're having trouble booking a game, don’t worry! There might be a few reasons for this. Here’s how to check and fix it:
🔢 You ran out of credits
You can check how many credits you have left in the "My Games" page. If you’ve used them all, you have two options:
Upgrade your plan to get more games per month.
Buy extra credits using the pay-per-game option.
👉 On a free trial? Remember that we only offer 1 free game. If you want to keep playing, you’ll need to activate a plan or use the pay-per-game option.
⏸️ Your account is paused
If your account is on pause, you won’t be able to book games until you resume it. You can do this by:
Going to the "My Membership" page and resuming your plan
Contacting support to help reactivate your account
🚫 Why is my account blocked or disabled?
If your account is blocked or disabled, it is typically due to an unpaid invoice or incomplete payment. To resolve this, log in to your FC Urban account, review your payment history, and settle any outstanding amounts. Once the payment is processed, your account will be reactivated, allowing you to book games again.
Tips to Avoid Future Account Blocks
Enable Payment Reminders: Set up reminders or notifications to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Maintain Updated Payment Information: Regularly check and update your payment details to avoid failed transactions.
Monitor Account Activity: Periodically review your account to ensure all payments are up to date.
