What happens to my credits when I cancel my membership?


Immediate effects:

  • Your membership continues until the end of your current billing period

  • You can continue using your credits until your membership ends

  • You can still book games and access all member benefits

At the end of your membership period:

  • All unused subscription credits are removed from your account

  • Any purchased pay per game credits remain valid throughout your subscription

  • You lose access to member benefits and bonus games

Before you cancel:

  • Check your credit balance in "My Games"

  • Check your next renewal date in Profile > Settings > My Membership so you know exactly how long you have left

  • Book any upcoming games you want to play

  • You will lose all stats when you cancel Your stats and game history are preserved — if you rejoin in the future, everything will be right where you left it

  • If you're unable to use your credits due to injury or other reasons, consider pausing your membership for one month to preserve your credits

  • If you anticipate being unable to play for an extended period, switching to a pay-as-you-go model might be a better option

  • For personal schedule constraints, you can cancel your membership and reactivate it later when convenient
