1️⃣ Go to your profile
2️⃣ Click on Settings
3️⃣ Select "My Membership"
4️⃣ Click "Cancel Membership"
5️⃣ Confirm by clicking "I want to cancel"
After that, we'll ask a few questions to help us understand your reasons — any feedback is much appreciated!
What happens next?
Cancellation is scheduled, not immediate Your membership won't end straight away. It will remain active until your next renewal date, at which point it will fully cancel and you won't be charged again.
For example: if your last payment was on January 20th and you cancel on January 29th, your membership will end on February 20th. You can still join games and use your credits right up until February 19th.
Your credits expire on your renewal date Any unused credits will be available to use until your membership ends. After that, they'll expire — so make sure to use them before your renewal date!
Your stats are saved Don't worry — your game history and stats won't be lost. They'll be saved to your profile, so if you ever decide to rejoin, everything will be right where you left it.
