A Free Spot uses one of your free bonus games instead of a normal credit. There are a few reasons a booking can still use a normal credit.
Common reasons
The Free Spot tag was gone when you booked. The tag appears and disappears based on availability. If it disappeared just before you confirmed, the booking uses a normal credit.
You've used all your bonus games for this cycle. Lite includes 4, Smart 7 and Ultimate 14 bonus games per cycle.
Your plan doesn't include bonus games. The Intro plan and the free trial don't include bonus games.

If the game showed the Free Spot tag when you booked and you still had bonus games left, send us a message in the Support chat with the game (venue, date and time). We'll check it and return the credits if a bonus game should have been used.
