We're making credits simpler and clearer! Starting 1st January 2026, we're updating how credits work:
What's changing:
Monthly credit reset: Credits will no longer roll over month-to-month. Like a gym membership, you'll receive your plan's credits each month, and any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of that monthly billing cycle.
Clearer tracking: You can now view your complete credit transaction history in "My Games" to see how many credits you have and how you’ve spent them.
What's staying the same:
The number of credits in your plan
How you use credits to book games
Free bonus games for members
The ability to buy additional credits when needed
Why we're doing this: This change makes credits work like most subscription services you already use. You know exactly what you get every 4 weeks, and there's no confusion about credit balances or expiration dates.
