We're making credits simpler and clearer! Starting January 5, 2026, we're updating how credits work:
What's changing:
4-week credit cycle: Credits will no longer roll over month-to-month. Like a gym membership, you'll receive your plan's credits every four weeks, and any unused subscription credits will expire at the end of that cycle.
Clearer tracking: You can now view your complete credit transaction history using the "Credit Transaction History" feature in the app to see how many credits you have and how you’ve spent them.
What's staying the same:
The number of credits in your plan
How you use credits to book games
Free bonus games for members
The ability to buy additional credits when needed
Why we're doing this: This change makes credits work like most subscription services you already use. You know exactly what you get every 4 weeks, and there's no confusion about credit balances or expiration dates. Additionally, this update helps ensure the sustainability of our services by addressing rising operational costs, including expenses related to pitches, facilities, and logistics.
