Until 31st December 2024: When you downgrade, your credits will be reduced to match your new plan's maximum (twice the 4 week credit amount).
Starting 1st January 2026: Since credits no longer roll over, you'll simply start receiving your new plan's 4 week credits from your next billing cycle. Any credits from your previous plan will expire at the end of that billing period.
Important: When you downgrade or cancel:
You'll see a clear warning about what happens to your credits
Any unused credits will be lost at the end of your current membership period
We recommend using your credits before downgrading or cancelling
