If I downgrade, will my rolled-over credits remain in my account?

Until 31st December 2024: When you downgrade, your credits will be reduced to match your new plan's maximum (twice the 4 week credit amount).

Starting 1st January 2026: Since credits no longer roll over, you'll simply start receiving your new plan's 4 week credits from your next billing cycle. Any credits from your previous plan will expire at the end of that billing period.

Important: When you downgrade or cancel:

  • You'll see a clear warning about what happens to your credits

  • Any unused credits will be lost at the end of your current membership period

  • We recommend using your credits before downgrading or cancelling

  • You can see your complete credit history in "My Games"
