We provide bibs (green and black) for all players, so there’s no need to wear a specific colour or football kit.

Wear comfortable sports clothing that allows you to move freely.
Footwear
Most of our venues have 4G surfaces, with some astroturf surfaces as well as hard court/PVC flooring for indoor games. Please use the guide below to choose the correct footwear:
Concrete: Indoor trainers
PVC: Indoor trainers
Astroturf: Astroturf trainers
3G / 4G / 5G: Astroturf trainers (rubber or plastic moulds are accepted)
Grass: Boots with studs (rubber or plastic moulds are preferred)
🚫 Metal studs are not allowed on any surface other than grass.

Bring water and stay hydrated throughout the game.
