Penalties are given by the FC Urban masters and by the system for automatic cases:
Masters can assign:
Being Late
Bad Behaviour (warning or red)
Confirm No Shows (through check-ins)
The system assigns automatically:
Late Cancellation (based on your cancellation time)
Masters are asked to explain penalties on the pitch where possible, so nothing comes as a surprise later.
When you receive a penalty, a number of credits is deducted from your balance.
If you don’t have enough credits:
We deduct as many credits as possible (down to 0)
The remaining penalty amount is settled in your next billing cycle
You never go into a negative balance
